About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and responsible individual to join our team as a Programming Assistant and Late-Night Supervisor for The Center for Student Involvement. This role requires someone who can assist with programming tasks, provide guidance, and ensure a productive and safe environment during late-night and weekend sessions. The ideal candidate will be a mature, reliable professional who is comfortable working unconventional hours, and willing to support large scale programs on a lively college campus. This position will additionally performadditional tasks as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the team and project requirements
Highly Organized : Capable of managing multiple tasks, schedules, and communicating effectively with other team members.
Responsible : Reliable and trustworthy, especially during late-night and weekend hours.
Creative Thinker : Able to support creative tasks and ideally someone who would like to be a publicspeaker and MC at late night music events.

Leadership : Demonstrates the ability to supervise and guide a team, especially during unconventional hours.

Tech-Savvy : Proficient in relevant stage lighting and stage setup would be ideal, but if not willing to learn on the job.
