Office Manager

Location : Pine Brook, New Jersey Position can START ASAP!

The primary responsibility of the Office Manager is to provide efficient office and interface management. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the conference room calendar to schedule customer meetings.
  • Welcome and attend to customers and guests from entering to leaving the building.
  • Ensure the overall customer experience is professional and memorable.
  • Prepare, order, and set up meeting rooms for all customer meetings, including lunches, and ensure the overall office environment is well presented and maintained.
  • Take the lead in the efficient running of the office, including managing office and kitchen supplies.
  • Initiate building maintenance, upkeep, and improvements, acting as the main contact person for building maintenance.
  • Respond to requests and questions about office operations.
  • Handle incoming mail and packages by distributing them accordingly.
  • Maintain the Office Calendar and share information internally.
  • Submit monthly reporting of expenses and cost centers specific to the North Brunswick office.
  • Procure market samples in-store and online, as needed.
  • Manage special projects and support Marketing, Sourcing, and R&D departments as needed.
  • Support with administering internal communications to the North Brunswick office.

    The position is based in the office, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

    Job Type & Location :

    This is a Contract position based out of Pine Brook, New Jersey.

    Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
