About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our sales, marketing, customer service, and software development teams . This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and can juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales and marketing team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, organizing campaigns, and managing CRM entries.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate follow-ups with relevant departments.
- Support the software development team with administrative tasks including documentation, meeting coordination, and internal communication.
- Help coordinate prospects and customers meetings, team meetings, and communications.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to shifting priorities.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role is preferred.Why Join Us?
