Now Hiring : Broker Relations Representative - Houston, TX

18 - $20 / hr + Full Benefits | Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Dean's Professional Services has partnered with a leading local nonprofit, managed care organization focused on improving healthcare access and outcomes for Texas residents. We're seeking a Broker Relations Representative to join their dynamic team in Houston, TX.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Support Broker Relations staff with daily tasks, data entry, and general office coordination
  • Answer inbound and outbound broker calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with Accounts Payable / Receivable and light bookkeeping
  • Organize and maintain filing systems; order supplies; greet visitors
  • Take detailed meeting notes and assist with creating documentation and procedures
  • Help prepare reports and technical manuals
  • Shadow team members to build knowledge in the Broker Relations field

What We're Looking For :

  • Customer service experience in a healthcare setting - Required
  • Experience with Accounts Payable / Receivable or basic bookkeeping
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel , and familiarity with MS Access
  • Detail-oriented and organized with solid administrative skills
  • Life Insurance License - Preferred

  • Pay : $18 - $20 / hr (based on experience)
  • Schedule : Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
