Technology Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for a Technology Implementation Consultant to support the Drug Diversion application in the Health Division Implementation group.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure software during the implementation process

Transform and integrate healthcare data from customer systems

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction and business success

Qualifications :

2+ years of database experience

Proficiency with SQL required; experience with MS Access and / or Oracle a plus

Experience in a client-facing or implementation role preferred

Healthcare industry background strongly preferred

Strong technical aptitude
