About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic vision, with a strong focus on go-to-market strategy, operational oversight, and team management. This executive will take full ownership of day-to-day operations, driving the company's growth and profitability, and will be instrumental in scaling the SaaS platform, enhancing sales processes, and streamlining workflows to capture untapped revenue opportunities. The ideal COO will have a proven track record in SaaS operations, particularly in process optimization, sales efficiency, and strategic leadership, and will ideally have experience leading a SaaS company to significant growth or a successful exit.
Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in executive leadership, with at least 5 years in a SaaS environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in SaaS, including expertise in go-to-market strategies, inbound sales optimization, and process automation. Operational excellence, sales acumen, and exceptional leadership skills are essential. The COO will be expected to have a strategic vision, an analytical mindset, and outstanding communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. Familiarity with no-code platforms, database management, or web application development is a plus. The position is based in the company's office and is not suitable for remote work.
