PHP / IOP Program Lead

Summary

Oversees day to day operations of Outpatient Programs. Collaborates with Care Team and Inpatient Services to assist with programming and referrals for patients with substance abuse and mental health issues. Facilitates groups and acts as a liaison to community providers. Provides educational programs and information to the community with regard to treatment options. Education and Experience Master’s degree in social work or related field with experience working with patients with substance abuse and related diagnoses Licenses Licensed as a LCSW or equivalent
