Senior UX / UI Designer – GEICO

As a Senior UX / UI Designer, you will work closely with product management, engineering, and business partners to design high‑quality customer‑centered solutions that drive business outcomes. Your work will span human‑centered design methods, user research, prototyping, and collaboration across multi‑disciplinary teams. This hybrid role requires on‑site presence three days a week at one of the following locations : Palo Alto, CA; New York, NY; Bethesda, MD; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA.

Base Pay Range

$97,375.00 – $172,200.00 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs.
• Translate complex ideas into understandable concepts and solutions that evolve and enhance the product experience.
• Manage shifting priorities to provide clear direction and input on product prioritization and support early product definition.
• Advocate for the customer through human‑centered design methods, including discovery, research, and user testing.
• Facilitate and participate in workshops with internal and external stakeholders to align with business needs.
• Create process and user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and user interface specifications.
• Deliver design assets for acceptance, development, and delivery to market in partnership with engineering.
