About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Listing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll support our agents and sellers throughout the listing process—from intake to live listing—ensuring each home is beautifully presented, accurately represented, and launched on time.
This position is ideal for someone with prior real estate experience who enjoys project management, marketing, and client coordination—and wants to play a key role in helping homes hit the market successfully.
Compensation : 45,000
Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities
Primary duties include listing preparation, client communication, data entry, coordination of vendors, and management of listing documentation across digital and physical systems.
- Listing Management : Coordinate all aspects of the listing process to ensure homes are market-ready, from pulling property data to organizing listing files.
- Client Coordination : Communicate with sellers to confirm appointments, share next steps, and provide timely follow-ups throughout the listing prep phase.
- Vendor Scheduling : Schedule and coordinate photography, staging, lockbox installation, and other listing services.
- System & File Management : Maintain up-to-date information in Lofty CRM and Google Drive; manage physical folders and ensure all listing documentation is organized and complete.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with agents and the support team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment throughout the pre-listing phase.
- MLS : Enter listings into MLS accurately and ensure all documentation complies with office and broker standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile
You are :
Experienced in real estate (1+ years preferred in listing coordination, transaction coordination, title, or similar)Exceptionally organized and process-orientedA strong communicator who can adapt tone and style to client preferencesComfortable juggling multiple priorities with a high level of accuracyTech-savvy and able to work confidently in CRMs, MLS, Google Suite, and paper-based systemsA proactive problem-solver who keeps things moving behind the scenesA reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environmentWilling to step in and help where needed, even outside your core responsibilities, to support the broader teamWorking Conditions
