🌿 Cannabis Transport Driver & Processor (Hybrid Role)

Pay : $16.66 / hr base pay while working on the farm, with a $3.00 / hr differential while driving (19.66 / hr). About the Role :

Are you ready to hit the road and be part of the heartbeat of the cannabis industry? We're looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented team player to join our operations crew as a Cannabis Transport Driver & Processor .

In this exciting hybrid position, you'll split your time between driving and delivering top-quality cannabis products across our licensed facilities - and working hands-on in production , helping to process, package, and prepare our products for retail. Every day is different, fast-paced, and rewarding.

🚚 Transportation & Delivery

• Safely transport cannabis products between farms, labs, and retail stores while maintaining full compliance with state regulations.
• Be the face of our brand - communicate professionally with customers and facility staff, keeping everyone updated on ETAs or changes.
• Maintain accurate manifests and delivery logs to ensure a flawless chain of custody.
• Keep your assigned vehicle clean, organized, and road-ready - schedule maintenance and report issues promptly.
• Resolve route or delivery challenges with creativity and professionalism.
