Provide hands-on coaching and business development support to new and established agency owners to help them launch, stabilize, and expand their agencies.
Key responsibilities :
- Coach and support agency owners through early development stages, helping establish essential business practices.
- Conduct onboarding consultations and regular progress reviews to assess milestones, identify gaps, and implement growth plans.
- Assist in creating and executing business plans, including lead generation, marketing tactics, sales processes, and retention strategies.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of agency staff to ensure operational readiness and productivity.
- Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with agency owners, providing consistent guidance and accountability.
- Monitor performance metrics, track progress against benchmarks, and deliver coaching and resources to drive improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product changes, and relevant programs to provide accurate, timely guidance.
- Act as a strategic business partner focused on establishing effective operations, generating revenue, and improving customer experience.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, account management, business coaching, or agency development / management.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze business performance data and identify actionable opportunities.Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Property & Casualty Producer license required (not Personal Lines Only); Life & Health license preferred.Target annual compensation : $50,000 to $65,000.
