JOB SUMMARY :
We are in search of an SEO & GEO Manager with profound knowledge in Performance Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of generating organic traffic and enhancing user engagement through technical SEO & GEO techniques for our Customer Success support content. This role is designed to optimize the self-service funnel, ensuring efficient and easy access to support information via organic search, and contribute significantly to customer support deflection, thereby increasing ROI. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in SEO / GEO, focusing on data-driven approaches and cross-functional partnerships to achieve measurable business outcomes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Develop and manage a comprehensive SEO / GEO strategy to increase organic traffic and content engagement.
Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical audits to discover opportunities for traffic growth and enhanced customer experiences.
Analyze search campaign performance to derive actionable insights and improve KPIs such as organic traffic and support ticket deflection rates.
Design, execute, and analyze A / B tests focused on SERP visibility and funnel efficiency.
Optimize site architecture and content for better discoverability and reduced customer friction, considering multilingual and localized content SEO / GEO.
Must have Skills
Expert-level knowledge in SEO and Generative Engine Optimization.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Search Console and Adobe Analytics.
Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing strategy across departments.
Industry Experience :
Prior experience in Performance Marketing and Customer Success domains is highly preferred.
