Full-Time Operations Supervisor to lead our arena conversions, event setups, and operational crews for concerts, hockey games, motorsport events, banquets, and more.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule but expect your primary shifts to be event days and overnights, where youll be right in the middle of the action making sure everything is ready to go.

What to Expect :

  • Full-time role with a mix of daytime, evening, and overnight shifts depending on the event schedule.
  • Primary focus : leading arena conversions, event setups, and daily operational tasks.
  • Hands-on work alongside part-time and third-party crews.
  • The chance to directly impact guest experience by ensuring events are set up safely, efficiently, and exactly as planned.

What Youll Do :

  • Plan and organize operational needs for all events at least two weeks out.
  • Attend planning meetings and gather requirements from clients and staff.
  • Create detailed staffing and equipment plans for each event and communicate them clearly to the crew.
  • Lead and supervise event setups and conversions staging, tables, chairs, barricades, hockey glass, ice decks, and more.
  • Train and mentor part-time leaders to take ownership of specific parts of each conversion.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed through training and oversight.
  • Oversee event-day setups and check in with Guest Services, Event Services, and other teams for last-minute needs.
  • Maintain and organize all rolling stock and operational equipment.
  • Support back-of-house cleanliness, equipment inventory, and emergency preparedness planning.
  • Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and client requests.
  • What Were Looking For :

  • At least one year in a similar supervisory role in an arena, stadium, convention center, or theater preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid state drivers license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
  • A leader who balances efficiency with a strong focus on customer service.
