We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer for our Hass, Doosan shop. We fabricate mostly aluminum and have robotic machine tending. The ideal candidate would have experience in 3 and 4th axis programming with process improvement in mind.

Qualifications :

Have a good knowledge of G code and program editing.
Knowledge of Fanuc and Haas controls.
At least three years CNC programming experience with multi-axis Mill and CNC Lathe machines.
Experience using most types of inspection gages.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team oriented and the ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles.

Duties will include :

Use CAM software to create and edit machine programs.

Prototype new parts, including creating fixturing

Identify, edit and evaluate changes to tool locations, tool off-sets, feed rates, and RPM.

Identify and describe process problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions (troubleshoot).

Assist and train those with less skills, ability and experience as needed.

Physical Demands :

Ability to lift or move 25 lbs regularly.

Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout the workday.

Ability to reach with hands and arms; use hands to manipulate, handle or feel material.

Job Type : Full-time

Compensation details : 25-40 Hourly Wage
