What does a successful Proposal Management Professional do

As a Proposal Management Professional at Fiserv supporting the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) business you will play a vital role in creating compelling accurate and client-focused professional services proposals and statements of work (SOWs). Your meticulous attention to detail and motivation to deliver high-quality work will be instrumental in supporting sales success within our ECM product capabilities.

What you will do :

• Develop write and edit professional services proposals and SOWs tailored to client needs and showcasing Fiservs ECM product capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales team members solution consultants and delivery teams to gather requirements and ensure proposals are both technically robust and commercially advantageous.
• Maintain clear concise and compliant proposal documents that align with internal standards and client expectations.
• Manage multiple proposal requests concurrently within tight deadlines.
• Update and uphold proposal templates boilerplate content and knowledge repositories.
• Participate in proposal review meetings and integrate feedback from stakeholders.
• Track and analyze proposal metrics to continually enhance future proposal outcomes.
