We're hiring a Financial Analyst to support a fast-growing consumer technology brand in the athletic recovery space. The company operates a strong U.S. D2C business and is rapidly expanding into international markets, requiring more rigorous forecasting, reporting, operational support, and financial oversight.

Accountability
As a Financial Analyst, your success will be defined by your ability to deliver accurate financial models, actionable insights, and consistent reporting across multiple business units. You'll help strengthen financial rigor, support strategic planning, and work cross-functionally to solve operational challenges tied to growth. Here's how you'll make an impact :

You'll work closely with the COO / CFO, sales teams, and ops teams ad external vendors.
At Oceans, you'll also receive guidance and support from our Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in this role and ensure that you're continuously growing and developing in your career.
Skills & Qualifications

As a Financial Analyst, your vertical strength will be FP&A and financial modeling, while your horizontal strengths will include accounting support, cross-functional collaboration, and operational problem-solving.

Role Specifications
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
