Occupational Therapist | PRN

Essential Functions :

• Carries a patient census of 1-3 clients, as your schedule allows
• Evaluates the level of patient function and performance and equipment needs
• Develops the plan of care / treatment including long and short-term treatment goals, interventions, and the intensity, frequency and duration of services
• Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments at appropriate time points
• Provides interventions and therapeutic treatment in accordance with the physician certified plan of care and occupational therapy professional standards of practice
