job_description.job_card.job_descriptionImplement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Required a minimum of 1 year of experience BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing. Diploma from an accredited school / college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. BLS and ACLS National Institutes of Health (NIH) Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. The ability to stand for extended periods. Strong technical skills. Knowledge of medical terminology Passionate about patient care Requires a minimum of two years of current RN Med / Surg experience. Graduate from a fully accredited RN program Active unencumbered RN Kansas state license One year of Epic experience COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster. Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills. Participates in relevant continuing education programs. Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise. A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital. Effective interpersonal / communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
There is a potential to float to other local affiliated hospitals

- Shift Timing : 07 : 00 - 19 : 30 Monday to Friday 3 days 12 hour shift
