Job Description

The Partner Performance team is looking for organized, resourceful interns to support the management of partner inquiries across North America. This role will involve reviewing incoming partner requests, referencing internal FAQ documents, and using available systems and reports to assist with responses. Interns will also assist with new partner setup tasks and other support initiatives as assigned.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining documentation, streamlining communication, and ensuring our partners receive timely, helpful responses.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and triage incoming partner inquiries
  • Reference internal FAQ materials and systems to respond to common questions
  • Use internal tools and reports to investigate inquiry details when needed
  • Assist with partner setup activities and related administrative tasks
  • Help maintain and update the Partner Inquiry FAQ documentation and internal tracker
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the Partner Performance team
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements in processes

Qualifications :

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Operations, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and ask questions when unclear
  • Available for up to 15 hours / week, now through at least November with potential to extend into Spring semester and beyond
