Kenco Hydraulics Inc., a leading provider of hydraulic and industrial hose products and repair services, is seeking a Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative to join our busy Hatfield, PA location. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll help customers who visit our counter for hydraulic hose assemblies, fittings, adapters, and related industrial products. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the hydraulic and industrial supply industry - with full training provided.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, in person and over the phone.
• Assemble hydraulic and industrial hoses to customer specifications using crimping equipment (training provided).
• Identify and recommend hose, fittings, and adapter products to meet customer needs.
• Create sales orders, process transactions, and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Support field sales and service teams with product information and order preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized counter and shop area.
• Load / unload customer materials as needed (some light lifting required).
