• Maximizing financial performance by effectively managing the pharmacy budget and strategically controlling expenses.
• Implementing training programs to develop pharmacy staff and enhance their skills.
• Providing exceptional customer service to foster positive patient experiences.
• Overseeing prescription pricing and encouraging the use of generics to promote cost efficiency.
• Managing pharmacy inventory to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Participating in and implementing corporate-approved clinical services to enhance patient care.
