Your Opportunity
As the Project Manager, Traffic Engineering, you will leverage your experience with Florida highway and roadway projects to grow our Traffic Engineering practice and manage the design and delivery of large projects. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our existing client and project base and in efforts to position the firm to acquire new business in the Florida market. Further, you will have responsibility as a manager for projects in various phases from conceptual planning, through design, construction, and completion. You will play a primary role in guiding and growing our traffic design presence in southern Florida. You will join a dedicated group of professionals who are eager to take their capabilities to the next level and more fully leverage the resources and expertise of a global company. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, mentor and guide employees, and lead projects to further establish our organization as a top transportation engineering firm. Your work will include coordinating with, and provide support to, the Transportation and Community Development teams on projects throughout Florida. The ideal candidate will bring a vision to life by bringing together top talent to deliver great solutions while actively managing traffic design projects. As a manager, you will deliver projects within scope and budget; provide compliant and technically sound designs; manage, coach, and mentor resources effectively; manage the stakeholder and engagement process; proactively build relationships within an organization; and actively manage, maintain, and expand external client relationships.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
