Full-Time Couples Therapist for Couples - Westmont

Elevate Counseling is looking to hire an experienced couples therapist! Caseload will be 30-50% couples depending upon your tolerance for the number of couples you see. The rest will individual clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve Relationships : Work with couples and adults to enhance communication, connection, and intimacy.
• Manage Caseload : Maintain a caseload of 22 sessions per week, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective care.
• Accurate Diagnosis : Use the DSM to diagnose accurately and plan appropriate treatment for clients.
• Ethical Practice : Uphold all professional and ethical responsibilities associated with your counseling license.
• Professional Development : Demonstrate an open mind and willingness to learn, appreciating diverse multicultural experiences.
