CGP : Accounts Payable Specialist

We are excited to be working with a repeat client in the real estate industry who is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist. If you're someone who is detail-oriented, have a excellent work ethic, and strong excel skills, we'd love to talk to you about this role! Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $28 per hour.

Job Description :

Vendor set up and maintain vendor files

Invoice processing, 200-250 per week

Handle vendor inquiries regarding missing invoices and discrepancy research / reconciliation

Weekly check run

Expense report administration

Work with assigned property managers to ensure all invoices are properly tracked at corporate HQ for processing

Special Projects as assigned

Requirements :

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences

Experience :

3-5 years of full cycle accounts payable processing

Real Estate industry experience (preferable)

Yardi Voyager property management software experience (preferable)
