Programming skills in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript. Experience with REST API development and integration. Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, or SAP. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities. Experience working within Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Position Overview :
Join our team as a Conversational AI Engineer specializing in the Moveworks platform, helping to build and optimize AI-driven conversational agents that streamline employee support across various functions including IT, HR, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered bots utilizing the Moveworks platform.
- Configure intents, entities, and natural language understanding (NLU) models to ensure high accuracy.
- Create conversational flows aimed at automating use cases in IT, HR, and Finance.
- Integrate Moveworks with major platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and Jira.
- Develop backend services leveraging Python or Node.js.
- Monitor bot performance and proactively implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to bot logic, integrations, and platform functionality.
