Lead Software Engineer

At Counterpart Health, a subsidiary of Clover, we are revolutionizing healthcare and enhancing patient outcomes through our groundbreaking primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. Originally incubated by Clover Health, this tool has significantly improved plan performance and clinical results for Medicare members by leveraging cutting-edge AI technology.

We are in search of a Lead Software Engineer with a strong background in full stack engineering. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, healthcare professionals, and product managers to develop tools that impact the health of real individuals.

Your role will include :

• Streamlining the complexities of healthcare by developing systems that amplify human efforts.
• Exploring emerging tools and technologies to tackle challenges and advance our objectives.
• Assisting the team in defining and upholding development practices that enable rapid iteration while ensuring quality, including writing tests and documenting key implementations.
• Collaborating with Product Managers and operational staff to envision innovative features.
