Primary Purpose :
The Coordinator of Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) will serve as the district expert on the TIA program to ensure successful implementation expansion and ongoing effectiveness of the program. Support the implementation and monitoring of the TIA program by developing and updating program materials training staff and analyzing data related to teacher designations and student growth assessments. Collaborate with state and district personnel associated with TIA
Qualifications
Minimum Education / Certification
Masters degree required
Current and Valid Texas Administrative Certification
Current and Valid Texas Teacher Certification
Minimum Experience
Administrative experience preferred
Special Knowledge / Skills :
Strong organizational communication public relations and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate plan and implement state / district initiatives
Ability to interpret and implement policy procedures and data
Ability to organize ad prioritize responsibilities projects and tasks
Ability to seek resources and solutions to effectively solve problems
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions
