About the Role :
One of our clients, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Manager, Legal Recruiting to join its dynamic talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for an experienced law firm recruiting professional with strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Youll play a key role in managing the full attorney recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboardingwhile partnering closely with firm leadership on talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of attorney and lateral hiring processes across multiple offices.
Partner with hiring partners, department heads, and leadership to develop recruitment strategies.
Oversee sourcing, interviews, and onboarding of associates and laterals.
Maintain strong relationships with law schools, candidates, and external recruiters.
Utilize recruiting platforms such as LawCruit, Leopard Solutions, or viRecruit for data management and reporting.
Represent the firm externally at networking and recruitment events.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of full-cycle legal recruiting experience within a law firm environment.
Proficiency in LawCruit, Leopard Solutions, or viRecruit (or similar ATS).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with occasional travel.
