About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Franchise Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, managing, and tracking enterprise-level franchise opportunities within a designated region. This role is pivotal in the company's expansion, and the VP will be expected to take ownership of the complete deal flow and sales cycle, from prospecting to finalizing conversions. A consultative, self-motivated, and collaborative approach is essential, as is the ability to engage with various teams to achieve and improve sales effectiveness. The VP will also serve as a sales advisor, guiding prospects through all phases of the sales process and leading discussions to ensure successful outcomes. Applicants for the VP of Franchise Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 3-5 years of sales experience, with a focus on business development and / or management consulting. Experience in real estate and / or franchise sales is a plus. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in reading and interpreting financial statements, problem-solving, and encouraging business deals. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of performing multifaceted presentations, and have the ability to influence people into reaching a buying decision. Basic understanding of Sales CRM systems and Google Platforms is necessary, and the role involves approximately 60% travel. The candidate should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and ideally reside within the sales territory.
