Senior Software Engineer VI - Tech Lead (Angular)

How You'll Make an Impact

• Design and implement new software functionality that is testable, performant, and meets business and technical requirements without oversight
• Participate in the design and integration of dependent systems including APIs, clients, data stores, and CI / CD pipelines
• Lead development of enterprise Angular applications with focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Analyze and evaluate market products to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Drive mobile development strategy using Ionic framework for cross-platform solutions
• Lead triage for critical production issues, manage hotfixes, resolve system integration challenges, and drive RCA activities for escaped defects
• Establish and enforce Angular best practices, component architecture, and state management patterns
• Mentor development teams on modern JavaScript / TypeScript, Angular patterns, and mobile development practices
• Spectrum's technology roadmap
• Lead triage for critical production issues, manage hotfixes, resolve system integration challenges, and drive RCA activities for escaped defects
• Collaborate with architecture, testing, operations, database, and data center teams to identify and resolve technical problems
• Enforce approved code patterns and best practices across application domains, visualizing and closing technical debt
• Mentor Software Developers I-V, participate in candidate interviews, and provide technical consulting across internal groups
• Manage multiple interconnected projects or features, deliver technical documentation, cut release branches, and provide deployment artifacts to operations
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, resilience, and availability while identifying opportunities for optimization

The base pay for this position generally is between $98,780.00 and $175,300.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
