As our Senior Accountant , you'll be at the heart of strategic financial operationsleading month-end close, optimizing fixed asset accounting, and shaping GAAP compliance with precision and confidence. What You'll Do :

  • Own the month-end close process and balance sheet reconciliations with accuracy and insight.
  • Lead fixed asset accounting and guide teams on expense classifications that drive smarter decisions.
  • File monthly State Use and B&O taxes and support annual data tax collection efforts.
  • Be a key player in internal and external auditsgathering, reporting, and presenting with clarity.
  • Prepare and submit government reports that keep us compliant and ahead of the curve.
  • Evaluate financial activities and recommend GAAP treatments that align with best practices.
  • Champion process improvements across AP, AR, credit, payroll, and fixed assets.
  • Spearhead special projects like system integrations and automation initiatives.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts in a way that empowers leadership.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and become a trusted advisor.

What You Bring :

  • 4+ years of operational accounting experience in a publicly traded company.
  • Deep understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger processes.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with fixed assets and lease / fringe accounting.
  • Strong command of US GAAP and internal policy compliance.
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Proficiency in Tier 1 / Tier 2 ERP systemsOracle experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related Business major.
  • Leadership experience as a mentor or manager is highly valued.

    • The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.
