A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager responsible for leading employee relations practices and processes across the workforce. Key Responsibilities Advises on developing and implementing effective employee relations management procedures Provides training and coaching to HR teams and leaders to enhance managerial effectiveness Conducts internal investigations and ensures compliance with employment regulations Required Qualifications BA or BS required 6+ years of Human Resources experience, including 3+ years in Employee Relations Certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred Experience conducting employee relations investigations Strong organizational and project management skills
