Project Manager

Sierra Staffing Group is partnering with one our Top Renewable Energy clients for a Project Manager in the Reno area. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the construction / project of a new energy plant from early planning to completion and operational launch. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization that is backed by a Large International Company.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage project lifecycles from scheduling to construction and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate bids and proposals and collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project budgets.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Partner with executives and management on project design, enhancements, and progress analysis.
• Conduct site visits as needed and provide on-the-ground leadership. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory permits.
• Monitor project performance, propose solutions to keep timelines and budgets on track.
• Complete and maintain all project documentation accurately and in a timely fashion.
