Job Description

We are seeking a Inside Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities :

  • Furnish customer quotes to new and existing customer base
  • Convert quotes to orders for customers
  • Source product for customer to meet deadlines or projects
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Analyze pricing trends and adjust accordingly to secure projects and orders
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Work alongside the distribution and order fulfillment department to satisfy customer needs

​ Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • The need and want to help build relationships
  • Understanding paperwork flow
  • Organizational skills and time management skills
  • Familiarity with ERP software for quotes and orders
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
