The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for the Ready to Schedule backlog for all work created through the work management

process. The Maintenance Scheduler will work directly with the Maintenance Team, Production Scheduling Team and the Sanitation Team

to develop short-, medium- and long-term work schedules. The Maintenance Scheduler schedules 100% of all available labor hours,

Schedules all outside contractor work and assembles job packets with the maintenance schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates with production scheduler in scheduling meeting to schedule all ready to schedule work.
• Determines schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, criticality of equipment, Due

date, production priority and skill of personnel.

Performs additional duties as assigned. Supports operations as needed.
