OUR HOST / HOSTESS POSITION :
Our Host / Hostess will be the first point of contact for our guests! You will greet guests, provide accurate wait times, escort customers to the dining and bar areas, clear tables and help servers run food. Your #1 goal is to ensure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure!
OUR HOST / HOSTESS QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school diploma; preferred
- Outstanding customer-service skills!
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
- Able to walk and stand during an entire shift
