A well-established AV-rated Defense firm is seeking to expand their Civil Litigation Team in Irvine, looking to bring on a 5-year Associate Attorney and a 10+ Senior Attorney with courtroom experience, interested in building their litigation focus and loves going to trial. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a variety of defense work in a daily in-office role with flexibility (unlimited PTO). The office has full staff support, offering training and mentoring from SuperLawyers that are the best in this field, and provide support to building your own book of business. Areas of practice include :  General Liability Defense, Casualty Insurance, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation, Construction Defect, Homeowners.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Strong written and verbal communication; drafting motions, pleadings, briefings
• Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions, taking and defending depositions, EUO experience a plus
• Courtroom and trial experience preferred

Compensation structure is an annual base salary range $160K - 190K; for Senior Associates $190K-$240K+, DOE. Additional details on benefits, 401K and unlimited PTO available.
