About the Role

We are looking for Licensed Insurance Agents (215 / 240 license) to join our Boca Raton office. As a licensed agent, you will work directly with qualified prospects, educate them on health insurance options, and assist them in selecting the right coverage.

Responsibilities

Handle leads passed from telemarketers and convert them into enrolled clients

Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions

Present and explain health insurance plans clearly and compliantly

Manage the application and enrollment process from start to finish

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations

Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and industry compliance standards

Qualifications

Active Florida 215 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) or 240 (Health) license required

Proven sales experience in health insurance or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
