Position Summary

Work involves preparing and serving food and cleaning food service areas. Employees work under direct supervision, follow written and / or oral procedures and practices. Employee will implement these procedures, methods, and activities developed by others.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and / or Competencies

Some experience in kitchen work. Possess a valid driver's license.

Skilled in reading, writing, and simple math. Ability to follow written and oral directions.

Physical Demands

Will lift food items, up to 25 pounds, and prolonged standing for food preparation. Driving.

Serve food at the dining hall; set up buffet lines and serve individual plates; interact with customers from young children to senior citizens.
