Ambulatory Pharmacist

Reporting to the Pharmacy supervisor Ambulatory Pharmacy, you will perform various pharmacist functions pertaining to ambulatory pharmacy. Some of these functions include :

• Supporting the Pharmacy Supervisor in ensuring compliance to rules, policies and regulations
• Overseeing support staff
• Performing medication dispensing activities and clinical pharmacy program optimization to deliver outstanding patient care
• Cultivating and modeling a collegial, professional, cooperative relationship with pharmacy staff, medical professionals, support, and administrative staff
• Demonstrating effective, innovative problem-solving
• Adapting to the challenges of a rapidly changing health care environment
• Advancing a patient-centric focus to treat illness with integrity, innovation, and commitment

Schedule : varied shifts and hours, depending on department needs, including weekends and holidays

Hourly Salary Range : $80.94 - $94.81

Bargaining Unit : HX - UPTE
