Job Purpose

The Project Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all product and delivery services activities within a software product company operating in the banking domain. The role involves managing a team of professionals and ensuring the successful delivery of services to clients, while also driving business growth and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the product and delivery services team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning services to meet their expectations. Attend project steer cos and build C-level.
• Manage and own a software services portfolio of around 40 clients.
• Define and implement service delivery strategies, ensuring efficient processes and timely project completion.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and actively seeking new clients.
• Collaborate with different teams, including sales, marketing, and development, to enhance service offerings and address client requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery and implement improvements and corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards during service delivery.
• Manage and resolve any project escalations or issues promptly.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and financial metrics to senior management.
