Superintendent - Civil

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Civil Superintendent for a large-scale construction project in Austin, TX!

PAY : $60–$70 / hr (based on experience)

PER DIEM : $130 / day (for those traveling 60+ miles from the site)

HOURS : 50+ hours per week

START DATE : ASAP

Requirements :

Must hold an active OSHA 30 certification

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Proven experience as a Civil Superintendent on large industrial or commercial construction projects

Strong knowledge of earthwork, concrete, grading, utilities, and site development

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently

Manage site crews, subcontractors, and daily operations to meet project goals and deadlines

Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance and quality standards

Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and maintain detailed reports and documentation

Enforce safety standards and site protocols at all times
