Shipping & Receiving Associate (Contract)

About the Role

Were seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments with a focus on international logistics and UPS systems.

This is a 3-6 month contract with a possibility of extension.

Youll Make a Difference By

• Receiving inspecting and processing incoming shipments and deliveries
• Preparing and packaging outgoing domestic and international shipments
• Operating UPS shipping software to generate labels and manage logistics
• Maintaining accurate records of shipments inventory and receipts
• Coordinating with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely delivery
• Keeping the shipping / receiving area organized clean and compliant with safety standards
• Lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs as needed
• Other duties as assigned

The pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour.

The salary is determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This contract position may be eligible for select benefits through the payrolling agency. Benefits may include medical dental and vision insurance options and 401k.
