Job Description

• Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure construction progresses on schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free job site.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients.
• Monitor material deliveries and inventory to prevent delays.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and code compliance.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues promptly to keep the project on track

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years construction experience
• Exposure to ground-up construction projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage subcontractors
• Ability to host clients on job-sites
• Passion for construction
