Duties include

Vehicle Inspection :

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles upon arrival and before dispatch to ensure they meet quality standards.

Report any damage or issues to the appropriate personnel.

Vehicle Movement :

Safely move and park vehicles within the compound.

Arrange vehicles in designated areas according to the compound layout.

Vehicle Preparation :

Prepare vehicles for delivery, including cleaning, fueling, and basic maintenance.

Ensure all required documentation is completed and accompanies each vehicle.

Safety Compliance :

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating vehicles and equipment.

Conduct regular checks of the compound to ensure it is free from hazards.

Documentation :

Complete and maintain necessary paperwork, such as inspection reports and inventory logs.

Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Compound Maintenance :

Assist in keeping the compound clean and organized.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment used within the compound.

Compliance :

Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Stay informed about changes in regulations and procedures related to vehicle handling and transport.

Team Collaboration :

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.

Assist in training new staff on compound procedures and safety protocols.

Problem-Solving :

Identify and address any issues or inefficiencies in the compound operations.

Propose solutions to improve workflow and vehicle management.
