About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Retirement - Bank / Wire Channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a targeted territory sales plan, with a focus on both growing the existing producer base and acquiring new producers. This role requires a deep understanding of retirement products, marketing, and resources to support territory development. The RVP will be expected to spend 80% of their time in the field, engaging in in-person meetings with financial professionals, and must be adept at using sales data and CRM tools to meet sales targets. Adherence to the sales process, including a strong value proposition, and maintaining high professional conduct in line with industry regulations and company policies, is essential.

Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should be college graduates with a degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and have at least 5 years' of prior wholesaling experience in the bank and / or wirehouse distribution channels. A strong sales background, proven ability to grow a region, and excellent knowledge of the advisor community and industry are required. The role demands a candidate with a history of successful producer contacts in the territory, strong territory management skills, and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships. The ideal candidate will have a FINRA 6 or 7, 63, and Life and Health license, and be adept at conducting product and sales training. The position also requires the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to balance multiple priorities to meet specific marketing and production objectives.
