Key responsibilities :

• Oversee all accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings with efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and financial processes.
• Mentor and manage accounting staff, fostering growth and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial operations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to help guide decision-making.
• Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
