Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Direct Support Professional Are you passionate about helping all students reach their potential? If so, this may be the position for you!

School-Based Direct Support Professional Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD)

Assist students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions throughout the school day

Implement behavior support strategies under the guidance of BCBAs or special education staff

Support students in developing social, communication, and life skills

Monitor and document student progress and behaviors as directed

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure consistent support

Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
