Oracle CC&B Utilities Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Utilities Engineer to join our team. If you have a strong background in Oracle-based applications and are ready to tackle complex systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Design and implement new enterprise application solutions for the Utilities department.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to software applications.
Troubleshoot infrastructure systems affecting application performance.
Create and maintain detailed application documentation.
Collaborate with team members for root cause analysis of complex problems.
Consult on security issues for both short and long-term projects.
Work with vendors and users to develop software integrations.
Analyze user requirements for system development and modification.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience.

years of experience with Oracle-based applications, specifically CC&B and Oracle Analytics Publisher.

years of experience with enterprise-level computer applications.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio.

years of experience with process design and logical workflow analysis.

years of experience with in-depth configuration, code analysis, and output.

years of experience in Utilities support and processes.

years of experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
