Client Growth Consultant

This role focuses on helping clients expand their understanding of available solutions and guiding them toward the best path for their specific needs. You will host virtual consultations provide detailed explanations and help clients compare their choices based on personalized criteria. You will maintain your client pipeline through consistent follow-up and detailed communication documentation. You will also contribute to a supportive environment by ensuring clients feel educated empowered and confident throughout every step of the process. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
